HINT is evolving into a Healthcare Digital Orchestrator and is building modern data, integration, and AI platforms for healthcare organizations in Switzerland. We are looking for a personality who not only knows modern data platforms, data architectures, and data governance topics but also wants to actively shape them.
Your tasks
Building and further developing modern data platforms and data pipelines
Development of data lake, lakehouse, and analytics architectures
Integration, structuring, and governance of data from various sources
Collaboration on AI, reporting, and automation platforms
Ensuring data quality, data modeling, and data availability
Collaboration with AI, platform, architecture, and application teams
Evaluation and implementation of modern data and integration solutions
Your profile
Experience in data engineering, data platforms, or AI-related technologies
Very good knowledge of SQL and modern data architectures
Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud architectures
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and modern platform concepts
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
