Permapack is a successful family-owned company based in Rorschach on Lake Constance. In six business units, we trade and produce high-quality packaging solutions for the food and cosmetics industries as well as products for protection, adhesion, insulation, and sealing for various industries. With around 300 employees, we serve over 4,000 customers in Switzerland and Germany.
To further develop our management systems, we are looking for a committed leadership personality.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of three employees
Responsibility for integrated quality, environmental, and food safety management
Ensuring and further developing certifications according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, and FSC
Responsibility for HACCP processes
Planning and accompanying internal and external audits (DE/EN)
Managing complaint, corrective, and improvement measures
Advising management as well as supporting and training the specialist departments
Promoting a sustainable quality and safety culture
Requirements
Technical or scientific training with further education in quality management
Several years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing company
Leadership experience and strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the mentioned standards as well as HACCP and food safety
Experience in auditing and management systems
Structured, solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
