• You are responsible for the organization and further development of the internal school

• You are a member of the extended management team and actively shape the institution

• You ensure the smooth operation of the school as well as the educational quality

As a teacher

• You teach and support the youth according to the curriculum 21 (bVS) of the canton of Bern

• You work in small class groups with individual support

• You accompany the youth in their academic and personal development

• You conduct knowledge assessments

• You work closely with the teaching team as well as with therapy, social pedagogy, workshops, and businesses
