Your main tasks
In this role, you will take on the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational leadership of two living groups with a total of 12 adults with various disabilities. You will primarily work from Monday to Friday. The focus is on leading and developing your teams as well as organizing the living groups – occasional involvement in care allows you to understand and coordinate the pedagogical process.
Overall responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of two living groups including administrative tasks
Ensuring a stable and high-quality workflow supported by two deputy team leaders
Leadership, support, and development of around 16 employees
Active design and further development of processes and structures
Collaboration with relatives, guardians, and internal and external specialists
Responsibility for achieving goals and contributing to the further development of the organization
Targeted, occasional insights into the care process for quality assurance
What you bring
Degree in social pedagogy or social work (FH/HF)
Enjoyment of leadership responsibility and organizational development
Experience in the social sector, with people with disabilities
Leadership experience or willingness to further educate yourself accordingly
A cooperative, clear leadership style and strong communication skills
Resilience, decisiveness, and assertiveness
Humor, flexibility, and a solution-oriented attitude
