Your Craft

• You create employment contracts, agreements, and various letters for our employees. 

• You process exit formalities, create termination confirmations, workflows, as well as interim and employment references. 

• You maintain master data in the personnel information system and ensure proper filing of electronic personnel files in rexx. 

• With your helpful nature, you support the HR Service Center, take on substitutes, and thus contribute to smooth operations. 

Your Foundation

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in the HR field or first experience in human resources.

• You speak fluent German. Any additional language is a plus.

• You work independently, structured, and with a lot of initiative, and you keep an overview even with complex tasks.

• You are a team player who actively contributes to a positive working atmosphere.
