To strengthen our HR team at Notterkran AG and Contena-Ochsner AG, we are looking for an

HR Generalist with Payroll Responsibility 100% (Everyone is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing:

• Independent execution of monthly payroll runs for several companies

• Processing all payroll-relevant changes (entries and exits, salary changes, changes in working hours, absences, allowances)

• Handling of social insurances and withholding tax

• Preparation of year-end work (salary statements, reconciliations)

• Personnel Administration:

• Administrative handling of entries and exits including contract creation

• Maintenance of personnel data and personnel files as well as responsibility for time recording

• Overall HR administration according to process

• Support in HR evaluations and statistics

• General administrative support for the HR team

Requirements

• Commercial training with HR specialist certificate or comparable further education

• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally for multiple companies

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, good English and French skills are an advantage

• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law

• Passion for payroll, affinity for numbers, and structured, precise working style

• Independent, reliable, team-oriented
