Department Head: Stabilization (80%) Employment Integration

Do you want to actively shape the employment integration of our city? In the Stabilization department of Employment Integration Winterthur, we support young people and young adults without completed training or permanent employment and offer the chance for personal assessment and the development of future perspectives. For this department, we are looking for a committed leader to start immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will not only take on professional and personnel responsibility for your team but also actively participate in the management team.

Your Tasks

• Professional, personnel, and financial leadership of the department with approximately 7 employees

• Ensuring performance assignments while adhering to quality standards

• Collaboration in the management team of employment integration

• Cooperation with various internal and external bodies, particularly with the Office for Employment Canton Zurich

• Project and concept work for the further development of the services and organization

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, or comparable

• Leadership and project experience in the field of employment integration with relevant further training

• Solid knowledge of the labor market and the educational landscape in Switzerland

• High affinity for the topic of career entry for young people and young adults

• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
