Security Engineer (80 – 100%)

Your Tasks
You actively develop our security and monitoring landscape and take the lead on security projects.
You are responsible for the evaluation, operation, and continuous optimization of our IT security solutions.
You analyze security risks, monitor IT systems, and create practical security and operational concepts.
You support governance and security committees in risk analyses, security operations, and data security.
You evaluate and implement modern on-premises and cloud security solutions.
You contribute to system design and IT architecture and drive the automation of security operations and monitoring.
Your Profile
You have a degree in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, or comparable) with a focus on IT or security.
You bring several years of experience as a security engineer, ideally in an enterprise environment.
You have solid knowledge in the areas of vulnerability management, hardening, security monitoring, and incident management.
You are well acquainted with established security standards such as CIS, NIST, BSI, and ISO 27001.
You have practical experience with security technologies in Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments.
IT security certifications such as CISSP, SC-100, CEH, or comparable qualifications are an advantage.
You have very good German and good English skills.
