What you will achieve in this role

• You ensure that our projects are managed transparently financially and accompany them with effective project controlling.

• You create clarity about financial developments through variance analyses and the analysis of deviations and their causes.

• You provide a reliable basis for informed decisions with forecasts, budgets, and financial planning.

• You identify financial opportunities and risks early and highlight optimization potentials.

• You further develop key figures, dashboards, and management reports and make complex relationships understandable and visible.

• You design modern reporting solutions with Power BI and actively drive the further development of the BI landscape as well as our controlling, reporting, and planning processes.

• You work closely with the CFO, management, and project leaders, advising them on financial issues and supporting them with meaningful analyses and decision-making bases.

• You participate in digitalization and automation projects and help make our financial processes more efficient.

These skills characterize you

• You have a completed degree (FH, HF, university) with a focus on finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• You bring several years of experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling.

• You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.

• You enjoy working with ERP systems and ideally already know Abacus from practice.

• You use Power BI or comparable business intelligence solutions to prepare data understandably and create meaningful analyses.

• You quickly recognize relationships, analyze facts in a structured way, and derive well-founded recommendations for action.

• You communicate clearly and appropriately and navigate confidently in exchanges with different stakeholders.

• You enjoy further developing processes, driving digitalization, and co-creating new solutions.
