The Seefeld Garage Rüti is the competence center for VW passenger cars at the gateway to the Zurich Oberland. We are an innovative company with modern infrastructure. To strengthen our team in Rüti, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Service Advisor / Customer Service Consultant 100%, starting date to be agreed upon.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional support of our customers throughout the entire service process, from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover.

• Recording and processing workshop orders up to billing.

• Ensuring a smooth order process and optimal utilization of mechanics.

• Identifying customer needs and advising on suitable additional services and service offers.

• Creating cost estimates for customers and orders for the workshop.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinating replacement vehicles.

• Compiling invoices, including competent explanations to customers.

Your Background

For this exciting and varied role, you bring a completed training as a customer service advisor or experience in customer service in the automotive industry. If you can also demonstrate the following, you are our candidate:

• Driving license category B.
