Your Craft

• You are responsible for the preparation of general and total contractor offers and their documentation.

• Together with our construction specialists, you develop solutions for attractive contractor offers.

• Independent and proactive preparation of complete project calculations, execution variants, as well as schedules and payment plans are your core competencies.

• With your expertise, you support the construction execution even in the realization phase and ensure the post-calculation of the executed projects.

Your Foundation

• You have training as an architect, engineer (FH), technician TS, or ideally have further training as a construction manager with a federal diploma.

• You bring many years of experience in construction cost planning, from which we can benefit.

• Your world is numbers, and you appreciate analytical and conceptual thinking.

• Your goal is to optimize processes and costs.

• And last but not least, these three words describe your working style: reliable, precise, independent.
