The Civil Engineering Office of the municipality of Davos is responsible for water supply (13 water reservoirs, 132 km of pipe network), wastewater disposal (wastewater treatment plants Gadenstatt, Glaris, Monstein, and Wiesen as well as 120 km of public sewer lines), and municipal roads (consisting of 40 km of municipal roads and 200 bridges owned by the municipality).

Responsibilities

• Project management of diverse and demanding new construction and renovation projects, primarily in the area of water supply but also in road construction and wastewater disposal

• Project leadership while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives

• Collaboration with property owners as well as internal and external stakeholders

Expectations

• Education as a civil engineer FH/HTL, construction manager, or equivalent education

• Professional experience in project management

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and teamwork
