Your tasks

• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all matters during their absence (ordering, purchasing, personnel management and planning)

• Organization and co-responsibility for the kitchen of the Alpine Lounge

• Working at all stations in the kitchen

• Contributing to menu design

• Assisting in the organization and execution of banquets

• Compliance with and implementation of our HACCP concept for the entire area and enforcement of the concept among employees

• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards

• Passing on expertise and supporting the kitchen team

What you bring

• Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy

• English language skills are required, German language skills are desirable

• Confident handling of all stations in the kitchen

• High team spirit and strong sense of responsibility

• Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience

• Team-oriented work with a role model function
