Team Leader: Recycling

Maag Recycling AG operates in the field of recycling, disposal, and recovery of valuable materials and offers complete solutions including logistics. What are your tasks

• Team leadership in various departments (metal, recycling yard, scrap, paper)

• Assignment of employees and personnel coordination

• Customer support and unloading deliveries

• Material sorting and value creation: operation of various operating machines (scrap shear, granulator, ripper, cutting torch)

• Loading and unloading with forklift, wheel loader, wheeled excavator

• Loading and maneuvering of rail cars

• Incoming control and material assessment in consultation with the scale

• Ensuring cleanliness and order, enforcing safety regulations

• Collaboration in the entire department, as well as support and assistance in all other departments

What we would like

• Completion of training as a certified recycler or several years of experience in the recycling industry

• Driving license category BE and SUVA forklift certificate, VTE 10, as well as truck test C are advantageous

• Leadership skills with assertiveness and capability

• Good German language skills are mandatory

• Flexibility and enjoyment of varied activities

• Resilience, efficient working style, and stress resistance

• Willingness for regular further training

• Friendly and correct interaction with customers and team
