Security Specialist Service 50 - 100%

Are you looking for a responsible position with regulated shifts, direct customer contact, and a strong team behind you?

For the security service of a renowned, highly frequented trade and service location in Rothenburg (LU) and Lyssach (BE), we are looking for reliable and responsible security professionals starting August 2026 or by arrangement.

The work will be in a regulated two-shift model with working hours from approx. 03:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 23:00. Sundays are generally free from work.

Your tasks

• Monitoring and operating state-of-the-art security, alarm, and surveillance systems

• Conducting control, closing, and intervention rounds

• Ensuring regulated access management and conducting visitor checks

• Professional handling of alarm notifications, disturbances, and emergency situations

• Support and coordination during evacuations and fire safety events

• Participation in traffic regulations, events, and special services

• Comprehensive reporting and preparation of meaningful documentation and incident reports

Your profile

• Swiss citizen or C permit with impeccable character

• Minimum age of 25 years

• Experience in security service; completed security training is an advantage

• Training in first aid and fire protection

• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form

• Proficient use of common MS Office applications

• Well-groomed appearance and strong service and customer orientation

• High resilience, reliability, and sense of responsibility

• Independent, solution-oriented, and discreet working style

• Impeccable character and impeccable manners
