Do you want to take on responsibility, lead a team, and actively shape the security of a demanding customer location?

For the security service of a renowned, highly frequented trade and service location in Rothenburg (LU) and Lyssach (BE), we are looking for from August 2026 or by arrangement an engaged and assertive personality as Site Manager:in Security Service.

In this key position, you are the central contact person for our client on-site, lead the deployed security team, and ensure smooth operations as well as compliance with the highest quality standards.

The work is carried out in a regulated two-shift model with working hours from approximately 03:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 23:00. Sundays are generally free of work.

Your tasks

• Professional and operational leadership of the deployed security and service team

• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented daily operation

• Responsibility for compliance with security guidelines, processes, and quality standards

• Contact person for the client as well as interface to internal departments

• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of operational processes

• Support and accompany the team during special events, interventions, and emergencies

• Conducting quality controls and ensuring comprehensive documentation

• Preparation of deployment reports, statistics, and evaluations

• Participation in the introduction, training, and development of employees

• Shift planning and resource coordination

• Continuous optimization of processes and service quality

Your profile

• Swiss citizen or C-permit with impeccable character

• Minimum age of 25 years

• Several years of experience in security service, preferably in a leadership role

• Completed security training as well as training in first aid and fire protection

• Strong leadership and social skills

• High sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written

• Safe handling of common MS Office applications

• Organizationally strong, resilient, and solution-oriented personality

• Professional appearance as well as high customer and service orientation

• Independent, structured, and discreet working style

• Willingness to take on active responsibility even in operational situations
