Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and economic management of the institution

• Ensuring high-quality care for residents

• Leadership, support, and further development of employees

• Further development of processes, structures, and services

• Responsibility for budget, resource planning, and achieving goals

• Maintaining a respectful collaboration with residents, relatives, employees, and external partners

• Co-designing an open, positive, and future-oriented corporate culture

Your Profile

• Completed training in health or social services, ideally supplemented by a business or management-related further education (institution management in the social medical field, HFP)

• Several years of leadership and management experience in long-term care or social services

• Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational skills

• High social competence, communication strength, and decision-making ability

• Enjoyment in accompanying people, strengthening teams, and actively shaping change

• Identification with the values of Liebenau Switzerland: humanity, quality, and sustainability
