Property Management Clerk (80-100%)

We manage, maintain, and develop our approximately 1,300 rental apartments in the Greater Zurich area ourselves. This way, we create living quality from a single source and actively shape our properties.

Your tasks

• Support the property manager in managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties

• Advertise available rental properties and process rental inquiries and application files, including reference checks

• Organize and coordinate viewings, apartment handovers, and inspections

• Create and edit rental contracts, contract amendments, extensions, and addendums

• Process terminations, tenant changes, and final settlements

• Point of contact for tenants, rental applicants, caretakers, craftsmen, and other service providers

• Obtain quotes, issue orders, and coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair work

• Control and process accounts payable and receivable invoices, including re-invoicing

• Contribute to exciting projects related to our properties

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training

• Several years of experience as a property management clerk

• Further training in the real estate sector (e.g., property management clerk) is an advantage

• Confident handling of common office applications; Abacus knowledge is a plus

• Independent, precise, and reliable working style

• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a lively real estate environment

• Service-oriented and team-capable personality

• You know the processes in property management and feel comfortable in this role
