Profile. The Vocational Preparation Year Winterthur is a one-year public bridging program for young people and young adults without an apprenticeship or follow-up solution. We support learners in finding their profession and searching for apprenticeships, and we prepare them both professionally and personally for their entry into the workforce.

Due to increasing student numbers, we are looking for reinforcement at our locations Grüze and Wülflingen at the beginning of the 2026 / 2027 school year. We offer several positions with different subjects and workloads.

Your tasks

• Planning and conducting lessons in the respective subject area

• Accompanying and promoting young people and young adults

• Participation in school life and collaboration in the team

• Supporting learners in their personal and professional development

Your profile

• Recognized pedagogical, subject-specific, or vocational training related to the respective teaching area

• Experience in teaching or accompanying young people and young adults is an advantage

• Enjoy working with young people in different life situations

• Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration and school development

• Committed, flexible, and team-oriented personality
