The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
Entry and processing of project orders in the ERP system for the area CCE (Cabin & Catering Equipment)
Monitoring and coordination of deadlines in close collaboration with planning and sales
Ensuring timely and correct invoicing
Telephone support and advice for customers
Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with customers and the export department
Administrative support for the field service
Creation of standard reports and evaluations for management and sales
Contact person (Key User) for the ERP system in the Sales area
Active participation in the further development and optimization of administrative processes
The ideal qualifications:
Completed commercial training with sound business knowledge
Technical understanding or basic technical training
Several years of professional experience in customer support and order processing within a technical project business
Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
Very good communication skills in German and English (at least level B2) in spoken and written form
Very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems (COBUS is an advantage)
Experience as an ERP Key User is an advantage
High customer orientation as well as assertiveness and sense of responsibility
Resilient, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a pronounced service mentality
