Sales Support Staff for Building Materials

We are looking for a qualified craftsman for our craftsman sales shop at our branch in 5430 Wettingen, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks as a shop employee:

• You advise our demanding customers from the construction industry directly at the counter and on the phone

• You accompany and oversee the sales process from order entry to delivery

• You monitor and control deadlines

• You handle customer complaints and perform general administrative tasks

• You work closely with the field staff, purchasing, and logistics

Your profile:

• Completed training in the construction industry

• Ideally, you already have further training in the administrative field

• Physically fit, resilient, and motivated

• Proficient in using IT programs (ERP) and MS Office

• Very good oral and written German skills (native language)

• Preferably, you already have experience in the building materials trade
