• Comprehensive support of construction projects through all project phases – from development and planning to tendering and realization, up to completion and handover

• You manage projects and keep costs, deadlines, and quality under control at all times

• Coordination and management of planners, authorities, and other project participants as well as professional representation of the company and the client

• Conducting submissions and award processes including processing of additional and reduced costs

• Creating construction accounts and cost overviews

• Ensuring efficient and complete project and construction administration

What you bring – experience in construction and project management, technical understanding, a high standard of quality, as well as:

• Training in construction as well as further education as a construction manager TS or comparable qualification

• Enjoyment in project execution from development to implementation

• Strong will to successfully lead project teams

• Proficient handling of construction administration tools, ideally Messerli

• Team orientation and collegial cooperation

• Convincing appearance and assertiveness in communication with entrepreneurs, planners, and authorities
