Construction Manager with an interest in Digitalization & BIM

Your Job

You will lead exciting construction projects from planning to billing together with your site team to success. You can expect technically demanding projects, varied challenges, and an environment where initiative is valued. Digitalization is an integral part of your daily work both on the construction site and in the office. Consequently, modern digital tools and model-based working methods are available to you.

Your Profile

• Further training as a construction manager or in training

You have completed your training as a construction manager or are on your way to doing so. You enthusiastically embrace the entrepreneurial side of the construction industry and want to take on responsibility.

• Qualitative working method and proactive planning

With your calm, solution-oriented manner, you maintain an overview even in challenging situations and focus on what is essential. Achieving the set qualitative, timely, and financial goals is important to you. In addition, you appreciate direct communication and teamwork.

• Interest in digital working methods & BIM

Initial experience in the field of BIM or with digital tools is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters to us is your interest in digital working methods and your openness to new technologies in construction.

• Team player with an overview

As a construction manager, you belong to the management level in our group. In this role, you are a team player and know how to represent your interests without losing sight of the big picture.
