Your responsibilities:
Support for clients in the daily life of the living group with pedagogical, care, and administrative tasks

Planning and accompanying leisure activities
Key person work
Housekeeping tasks
Your qualifications:
Completed training as a social educator (HF) or care professional EFZ
Keeping a cool head in hectic situations
High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a joy for independent work (shifts alone)
Enjoyment of actively thinking along in the team
Flexibility and willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
Driver's license category B required and confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
