The Brüttelenbad Foundation offers supervised living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. 100 professionals care for their well-being with the aim of enabling them to experience joy in life and security within the community. To strengthen our team in the Rot living group in Ins, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible

Social Educators or Care Professionals 60-90%

Your responsibilities:

• Support for clients in the daily life of the living group with pedagogical, caregiving, and administrative tasks

• Maintaining and promoting independence

• Willingness to actively collaborate in a team

• Planning and accompanying leisure activities

• Key worker responsibilities

• Housekeeping tasks

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a social educator (HF) or care professional EFZ

• Ability to keep a cool head in hectic situations

• High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a joy for independent work (shifts alone)

• Enjoyment of actively contributing ideas in a team

• Flexibility and willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts

• Driver's license category B required and proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
