Your responsibilities:
Support for clients in the daily life of the living group with pedagogical, caregiving, and administrative tasks
Maintaining and promoting independence
Willingness to actively collaborate in a team
Planning and accompanying leisure activities
Key worker responsibilities
Housekeeping tasks
Your qualifications:
Completed training as a social educator (HF) or care professional EFZ
Ability to keep a cool head in hectic situations
High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a joy for independent work (shifts alone)
Enjoyment of actively contributing ideas in a team
Flexibility and willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
Driver's license category B required and proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The living group offers 8 places and the team consists of a total of 6 employees. The residents appreciate the central location, are very communicative and curious.
