Construction Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Project management from A to Z: You take over the independent planning, execution, and billing of demanding specialist civil engineering and excavation projects.

• Leadership at eye level: You lead and motivate your construction teams and coordinate the targeted use of our specialized machinery.

• Focus on quality & cost-effectiveness: You monitor deadlines, costs, and quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.

• Central point of contact: You are the main contact person for clients, planners, authorities, and subcontractors, negotiating skillfully on project adjustments.

Your profile

• A completed training as a construction manager (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification with solid practical experience in civil and specialist civil engineering.

• Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and a strong awareness of cost-effectiveness and safety.

• A strong communication leadership style and a driver's license category B.
