Your Tasks
As a Workplace Engineer, you actively drive the further development of our digital work environment and ensure the smooth operation of modern workplace solutions.
You optimize IT security in close collaboration with our cybersecurity team.
Installation and configuration of desktop virtualization solutions are part of your daily tasks.
You automate processes using PowerShell, thereby increasing efficiency. - Planning and implementation of hardware and software rollouts.
You take on 2nd/3rd level support in the client area and actively participate in projects and sub-projects.
Your Profile
You have completed a degree in computer science (FH/HF or equivalent).
You bring at least five years of experience in larger IT environments with a focus on client management.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Group Policies (MDM/GPO) as well as good knowledge of Azure and Intune characterize you.
You have experience with SCCM/MEMCM and in the installation and administration of virtualization solutions, ideally VMware vSphere.
Very good PowerShell scripting skills and solid know-how in the ITSM environment complete your professional profile.
You have very good German language skills (C1) and work in a customer-, process-, and solution-oriented manner; Microsoft Windows certifications are an advantage.
