Your Tasks
You perform maintenance, repair, cleaning, and care work on buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas.
You are responsible for supporting users and assisting with events and occasions.
You take care of rearrangements, internal moves, and measures for room maintenance and dirt prevention.
You implement measures to ensure safety in and around the buildings.
You are responsible for maintaining contact and coordinating with suppliers, specialist companies, and service providers in the housekeeping area.
You take on the professional leadership of the cleaning staff and act as the deputy for the head of housekeeping.
Your Profile
You have completed a 3- or 4-year vocational training in a craft or technical field and ideally hold a qualification as a caretaker with federal diploma or equivalent further education.
You bring several years of professional experience in housekeeping and have solid expertise in building maintenance, maintenance of technical systems, and building safety.
You possess good computer and MS Office skills.
You are characterized by a strong service orientation, a solution-oriented working style, and a high degree of independence.
You are an organizational talent with good communication skills.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English language skills are an advantage.
