Your Tasks

• You perform maintenance, repair, cleaning, and care work on buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas.

• You are responsible for supporting users and assisting with events and occasions.

• You take care of rearrangements, internal moves, and measures for room maintenance and dirt prevention.

• You implement measures to ensure safety in and around the buildings.

• You are responsible for maintaining contact and coordinating with suppliers, specialist companies, and service providers in the housekeeping area.

• You take on the professional leadership of the cleaning staff and act as the deputy for the head of housekeeping.

Your Profile

• You have completed a 3- or 4-year vocational training in a craft or technical field and ideally hold a qualification as a caretaker with federal diploma or equivalent further education.

• You bring several years of professional experience in housekeeping and have solid expertise in building maintenance, maintenance of technical systems, and building safety.

• You possess good computer and MS Office skills.

• You are characterized by a strong service orientation, a solution-oriented working style, and a high degree of independence.

• You are an organizational talent with good communication skills.

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English language skills are an advantage.
