Clinic Manager Pediatric Surgery 40%

We are looking for a committed and experienced clinic manager who supports the medical staff with an overview and organizational talent and ensures smooth operations. The main goal is to relieve the doctors so they can focus on their core activities. In this role, you will take responsibility in the areas of planning the surgical clinic, administration, strategic support, and performance controlling.

Start date: July 1 or by agreement

Your tasks

• Organization and coordination of the IntestTeam as well as support in establishing the IDAS network Switzerland

• Planning, execution, and documentation of clinic conferences and management committees

• Overall responsibility for the UKBB Mini-Symposium Surgery (on-site and virtual)

• Coordination of events, training sessions, and regular formats (Journal Club, trauma report, weekly planning)

• Organization of meetings including room planning and virtual meetings

• Responsibility for eDOC documents and maintenance of registration templates in KISIM

• Care and continuous updating of the homepage and organizational charts

• Preparation and coordination of MAG including feedback collection

• Organization and execution of plaster courses via Easylearn and support for surveys

• Management of functional email addresses

• Control of performance recording (IBI Care) and HSM Trauma

• Creation of OP statistics and evaluations for the annual report

• Monitoring and analysis of outpatient and inpatient performance figures

• Collaboration on the strategic development of the surgical clinic

• Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g., revenue management, communication, ICT, secretariats, catering, housekeeping)

Your profile

• You have a commercial education or a university degree and bring several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.

• Solid knowledge of hospital-relevant systems and processes as well as experience and/or knowledge

• Very good organizational skills and experience in process optimization

• Experience in project and process management

• Strong communication skills and teamwork, even in hectic phases

• Efficient and independent working style

• Very good computer skills in Office 365

• Very good German language skills, ideally good language skills in French and/or English
