Accurate, punctual, and proactive with a flair for numbers, you independently manage payroll processing for several payroll clients in Western Switzerland.
Time management data, absences, allowances, and expenses are processed reliably and structured by you.
Sick leave and accident reports? You keep track and handle everything efficiently – including insurance settlements.
You are the first point of contact for questions regarding payroll, expenses, and social insurances – competent, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Year-end financial statements, payroll projects, and process optimizations? Bring it on – you enjoy getting involved and contributing your ideas.

Your Foundation

You have a commercial basic education and have furthered your training in the HR field – e.g., in payroll or social insurances or as an HR administrator.
Commercial law, labor law, withholding tax, and social insurances are not new to you – and if you are also familiar with the LMV: even better!
You enjoy working independently, think ahead, and keep track even when things need to move quickly.
You are a team player with heart and humor – you can be relied upon.
You also communicate effortlessly in French, as you support employees from the Romandy region.
