What you will accomplish

• Precise, punctual, and foresighted, with a true flair for numbers, you are independently responsible for processing payroll for several payroll mandates.

• You reliably and structurally process time management data, absences, allowances, and expense reports.

• Sick or accident reports? You keep an overview and manage these situations with ease – including insurance settlements.

• You are the first point of contact for all questions related to salaries, expenses, and social insurance – with competence, friendliness, and a solution-oriented approach.

• Annual closures, payroll projects, or process optimization? You willingly get involved and enthusiastically contribute your ideas.

What you need to shine

• You have a basic commercial education and have furthered your training in the field of human resources – for example, in payroll, social insurance, or with a certificate as an HR assistant.

• CO, labor law, withholding tax, and social insurance are not unknown territories for you – and if you also master the CCNT, even better!

• You enjoy working independently, show initiative, and maintain an overview even during busy periods.

• You are a teammate with heart and humor – you can be counted on.

• You communicate fluently in German and French, as you regularly collaborate with our locations in the Romandy region.
