The A3 ward is a unit for psychosomatically ill children and adolescents. The ward has a maximum of 14 beds. It cares for children in acute mental health crises requiring inpatient treatment. It also serves as a therapy unit for children and adolescents with eating disorders.

Your tasks
Management of the ward, including strategic orientation and goal definition, according to professional and economic principles
Promotion of excellent interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
Ensuring the training mandate and guaranteeing good quality of training, further training, and continuing education in collaboration with nursing development and vocational education in nursing
Regular involvement in direct care
Your profile
Completed management training and several years of professional experience in a similar position
Training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH with practical experience in child, youth & family work or in psychiatric care.
Experience in or interest in the treatment of children and adolescents with eating disorders.
Motivation to acquire new professional knowledge.
