We are looking for immediately or by arrangement reinforcement for the Guggerbach Center as a nurse. The center offers people an integrated range of services and supports them in maintaining their individual lifestyle. Guggerbach has a total of 82 single rooms and 5 double rooms in the living group as well as 50 assisted apartments; a restaurant, a cafeteria, and the bistro "Guggerzyt". Around 160 residents live in the center, and about 95 employees are employed.

Your tasks

• Planning, designing, and documenting holistic, professional care

• Ensuring individual, needs-oriented, resource-oriented care for residents

• Responsible for the care process

• Creating care plans and documenting

• Guiding and empowering colleagues

• Participating in BESA assessments

• Consulting residents

What you bring

• Training as a nursing professional (FaGe, FaBe, HF)

• Professional experience in long-term care

• Independent, responsible, and precise working style

• Loyal and team-oriented personality

• Flexibility and resilience

• Good PC user skills

• Knowledge of BESA and EasyDok is an advantage
