Nursing Assistant SRK or Health and Social Care Assistant EBA (40 – 100%)

We are looking for immediate or by arrangement reinforcement for the Guggerbach Center as a nursing assistant or caregiver. The center offers people an integrated service package and supports them in maintaining their individual lifestyle. The Guggerbach has a total of 82 single rooms and 5 double rooms in the living group as well as 50 assisted apartments; a restaurant, a cafeteria, and the bistro "Guggerzyt". Around 160 residents live in the center and about 95 employees are employed.

Your tasks

• Participating and supporting in care and assistance

• Independently carrying out prescribed care interventions

• Implementing internal care standards and hygiene guidelines

• Actively contributing to the daily structure of the residents

• Electronic care documentation within the scope of competencies

What you bring

• Training as a nursing assistant SRK or willingness to complete it

• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people

• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility

• Flexibility and resilience

• Care and support of residents in a personal, empathetic manner

• Good oral and written German skills as well as PC user knowledge
