Your Tasks

• You take over the operational and personnel management of the housekeeping area and shape a professional, appreciative, and service-oriented atmosphere together with your team.

• Ensuring laundry supply (operational and resident laundry)

• Contributing to and working in the hospitality service in the care groups

• Ensuring a hygienically clean and homely atmosphere together with the housekeeping team

• Personnel deployment planning, conducting employee discussions and team meetings

• Promoting the team and the learning professionals in hospitality housekeeping

• Active participation in all areas, including weekends and holidays

• Contributing to and working in the hospitality service in the various care groups

• Inventory management in your own area

• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and quality standards in the area

• Appreciative, understanding communication with residents and relatives

• Active and innovative participation in management meetings and projects

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as a hospitality housekeeping specialist EFZ

• Further training and/or leadership experience is an advantage

• High service and customer orientation

• Enjoy working together with the team in the operation and being present and active

• Organizational talent, resilience, and independent working style

• Empathetic, reliable, and solution-oriented personality

• Very good IT user skills and fluent German
