To expand our HR team, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and number-savvy individual as of now or by agreement:

HR Payroll Specialist & Projects (80–100 %)

Your Tasks

In this versatile role, you will split your time between operational payroll processing and actively shaping our digital future:

• Payroll & GAV (approx. 50 %): You independently conduct the monthly payroll for several group companies. You ensure the correct application of the GAV and LMV construction industry regulations and calculate social insurances, withholding taxes, as well as special cases like bad weather or short-time work compensation. 

• System Adjustment & Digitalization (approx. 50 %): You critically analyze existing processes, design efficient digital interfaces between time tracking and the payroll system A3, and accompany the implementation of new digital tools. You also utilize our in-house AI solution (Bereuter privateGPT) to automate processes. 

Your Profile

• You have a commercial basic education and a specialized further education in human resources & payroll mandatory

• You bring several years of experience in payroll accounting (ideally in the construction industry) and a pronounced pioneering spirit for system transformations 

• Your working style is very precise, discreet, and responsible

• You communicate confidently in German; additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish are a great advantage
