The area of aging and care in the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in its five senior centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Rosental Senior Center, which provides a well-kept home for 107 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader starting from August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
Operational management and independent organization of the residential group
Ensuring professional care and support for the residents
Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team
Interdisciplinary collaboration with, among others, the medical service, therapies, the nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitality
Responsibility for the RAI classification
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile
Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with management further education or willingness to pursue it
Several years of professional experience, leadership experience is an advantage
Willingness to participate in direct care and support
Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage) as well as fluent German
High social competence and communication skills with a high level of commitment
Great independence, openness to change processes
Quick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills
