Teacher and Job Coach 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Accompanying young people and young adults on their way to vocational training or the primary labor market

• Teaching in the subject of general education (ABU)

• Individual support and assistance for participants

• Conducting support discussions and collaborating in an interdisciplinary team

• Writing support, learning, and final reports

• Co-designing and further developing our support programs

What you bring

• Educational training, SVEB 1 or comparable practical experience

• Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults

• Empathy, patience, humor, and at the same time the ability to accompany clearly and motivatingly

• Interest in intercultural collaboration and diverse life stories

• Team spirit and a positive attitude

• Structured working style and confident German in spoken and written form
