Assistant Store Manager for New Opening (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and care for guests

• Work at various kitchen stations

• Ensure a successful, smooth operation

• Lead employees during the shift

• Support the Store Manager during their absence

• Responsible for maintaining high quality and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy

• Experience in employee management

• High affinity for hospitality

• Trustworthy and service-oriented

• Motivated, reliable, exemplary appearance

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Flexible and mobile (early, evening, and weekend shifts)

• Organizational talent
