Study Coordinator, 60% (m/f/d),

fixed for one year (with option for extension)

Your tasks

• Organization, coordination, and support of clinical studies

• Planning and monitoring of study processes according to schedules and regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP)

• Coordination between investigators, study centers, sponsors, and external partners

• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of study visits

• Recruitment and support of study participants including information and appointment management

• Collection and maintenance of study data (CRFs/eCRFs) as well as ensuring data quality

• Support during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections

• Maintenance and management of study-related documents (Trial Master File)

• Reporting and tracking of adverse events (AEs/SAEs)

• Collaboration in the further development of study processes and quality standards

• Support at the reception during low study workload

Your profile

• Education in the medical or natural sciences field

• Further training or professional experience in clinical research

• Organizational skills as well as independent and quality-conscious working style

• Enjoyment in contact with patients, in processing clinical data, and in teamwork

• Empathy and judgment

• Flexibility and resilience

• Initiative and sense of responsibility

• Good English skills

• Experience with MS Office
