The Building Construction Office of the municipality plays a central role in municipal development and as a public service provider in the construction sector. It is primarily responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and future-proofing public buildings such as schools, kindergartens, administrative buildings, or cultural institutions.

To strengthen our Building Construction Office, we are looking for a:

Project Manager: Building Construction (60 - 80 %)
(100% from August 1, 2027)

Responsibilities

• Independent management of construction projects from planning to successful realization

• Management and control of schedules, budgets, and quality standards within the projects

• Contact person and coordinator for planning teams, specialist planners, and experts

• Representation of the client's interests and project controlling in all project phases

Expectations

• A completed education as an architect ETH/FH, Federal diploma construction manager, technician HF-Building Construction

• Several years of professional experience in project management for building construction

• Experience in large and complex construction projects is an advantage

• Careful, responsible, and reliable working style, team-oriented

• Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
