Our smallest living group with 13 residents in medium to high care levels is waiting for new leadership! As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for management tasks. A specialist responsible for ensuring care quality and all nursing matters will work hand in hand with you.
Your tasks:
Together with the specialist responsible, you will lead the living group. Your focus: creating deployment plans, organizing team meetings, conducting employee discussions, maintaining contacts with residents and relatives, among others.

You are part of the management team and assist with cross-departmental projects and events
