What you will do
Responsibility for all matters related to the Spitex assignment
Participation in the further development and expansion of our Spitex services
Independent case management
Execution of operational and administrative tasks in daily Spitex operations
Coordination of services to promote constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
Assumption of daily responsibility
Support in medication management
What you can expect
What we expect from you
Completed training as a HF/FH nursing specialist
Experience in Spitex or outpatient care
InterRAI HC Supervisor or willingness to complete the corresponding training
Team spirit and collegial cooperation
Openness and respect towards different lifestyles
Enjoyment of working in somatic and psychiatric care
Very good German language skills (B2 or higher)
Driving license category B
