At the Employment Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job seekers on their path to employment in the primary labor market or vocational training. The department for assessment at Employment Integration Winterthur is tasked with reviewing the professional and personal resources of job seekers. Would you like to accompany these individuals immediately or by arrangement through assessments and individual, differentiated situational analyses as well as coaching conversations? Welcome to our team!

Your Tasks

• Case management in the assessment process including documentation

• Reporting for recommendations on measures for professional/social integration

• Close cooperation with referral agencies

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies

• Participation in program development and process design

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, preferably supplemented with further training in coaching

• Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market

• Independent and resilient working style

• Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration in a professional team

• High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
