Your Tasks
Case management in the assessment process including documentation
Reporting for recommendations on measures for professional/social integration
Close cooperation with referral agencies
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies
Participation in program development and process design
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, preferably supplemented with further training in coaching
Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market
Independent and resilient working style
