The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in assisted living, we are looking for a competent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented leadership personality starting on August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
Operational management and independent organization of the residential group
Ensuring professional care and support for residents
Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitality
Responsibility for RAI classification
Your Profile
Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with management further education or willingness to pursue it
Several years of professional experience, leadership experience is an advantage
High social competence and communication skills with a strong sense of commitment and reliability even in stressful situations
Great independence and commitment as well as innovation and openness to change processes
Quick comprehension, networked thinking with good analytical skills
Willingness to participate in direct care and support
Fluent German and very good MS Office skills (RAI/PEP knowledge is an advantage)
