Your main tasks
You take responsibility for a class of seven children with cognitive and multiple disabilities at our special education school.
You plan, teach, and reflect on the lessons, supported by educational staff.
You ensure the quality of teaching and participate in the continuous improvement process of the school offerings.
You work closely with educational and medical therapies.
You actively shape the goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary school team.
You write meaningful support and school reports.
What you bring
A recognized degree in special education or a teaching diploma with a willingness to complete the special education training course.
Experience in teaching heterogeneous classes.
Experience in working with people with disabilities and behavioral issues.
High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
Resilience, creative and flexible thinking.
Strong reflection, criticism, and conflict resolution skills.
Very good communication skills in German.
Good IT user knowledge (Office 365).
Service and customer orientation.
