IT Support & ICT Coordinator (m/f/d) 40-60%

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional who consciously wants to work in a reduced capacity. The role combines operational IT support on-site with coordination, consulting, and project implementation.

Your area of responsibility includes the following interesting activities:

• First-level support (IT equipment, mobile devices, hardware and software)

• Coordination/technical sparring partner of our external IT service providers

  • Planning/implementation of IT digitization projects

• Training employees in the use of digital tools

• Further development of the Microsoft environment such as Teams / SharePoint

• Further development of our ERP system ABACUS (advantageous)

You can successfully master these tasks if your profile looks like this:

• In-depth experience in ICT support or as a system engineer in the SME environment

• Broad IT understanding (e.g. basic infrastructure, M365)

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work

• Ability to set priorities and implement pragmatic solutions

• Experience in collaboration with external service providers

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (365, Teams, SharePoint)

• ABACUS knowledge is a clear plus
