In the daily operations of social services, the Finance & Controlling department ensures that everything runs smoothly financially in the background, allowing the support of people to be in the foreground. Our team combines structured work with mutual support and a good dose of humor.

Starting from August 1, 2026, or by agreement, you will take on a versatile role with responsibility and room for creativity. The position offers much more than classic accounting and thrives on close collaboration with various departments as well as active, service-oriented teamwork.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for accounts payable from invoice verification to posting and clarification of invoices and reminders

• Ensuring timely invoicing, account management, and processing of payments

• Hub function for financial inquiries and administrative coordination

• Participation in controlling, especially in budgeting, forecasts, annual financial statements, and evaluations

• Support and participation in audits, projects, and events

Your Profile

• Commercial education (EFZ) with further training in finance and accounting

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and interest in applying skills in a social environment

• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and value exchange with various stakeholders

• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage

• You think along, contribute, and are eager to take on responsibility
