Your Craft
You ensure that machines, equipment, and vehicles are ready on time, operational, and of impeccable quality.
You keep costs, inventories, and stock sizes under control at all times and continuously develop them through targeted optimizations, also across locations with Füllinsdorf and Savigny/Vufflens.
Leadership and deployment planning are fun for you – you bring people and machines together at the right time and place.
Coordination is part of your daily work: deploying replacement vehicles, reallocating personnel, and procuring inventory.
You reliably process accounts payable and ensure a clear financial overview.
Your Foundation
You have a basic education in construction, sales, logistics, or general mechanical engineering.
You have supplemented your skills with commercial or technical further education (e.g., Technical Merchant / Technician TS).
You have already gained leadership experience and make clear decisions, providing the team with direction and security.
You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French is a plus but not a must.
