Your Craft

• You ensure that machines, equipment, and vehicles are ready on time, operational, and of impeccable quality.

• You keep costs, inventories, and stock sizes under control at all times and continuously develop them through targeted optimizations, also across locations with Füllinsdorf and Savigny/Vufflens.

• Leadership and deployment planning are fun for you – you bring people and machines together at the right time and place.

• Coordination is part of your daily work: deploying replacement vehicles, reallocating personnel, and procuring inventory.

• You reliably process accounts payable and ensure a clear financial overview.

Your Foundation

• You have a basic education in construction, sales, logistics, or general mechanical engineering.

• You have supplemented your skills with commercial or technical further education (e.g., Technical Merchant / Technician TS).

• You have already gained leadership experience and make clear decisions, providing the team with direction and security.

• You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French is a plus but not a must.
