Your tasks:
Ensuring high-quality and quantitatively excellent care
Supporting residents in their daily lives based on their individual needs and our care guidelines
Participating in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Independently maintaining nursing documentation on EasyDok and BESA
Taking on daily responsibility after appropriate training
What you bring:
Training as a nursing specialist HF/DNI and experience in long-term care
Independent, committed work style with a high sense of responsibility
Joy and understanding in dealing with elderly people
Motivation and openness to new things
Competence and teamwork skills as well as openness and flexibility
Good German language skills
PC user skills (EasyDok)
